The lots will be awarded to the highest bidder.



The exhibitions of the auctions are open to the public and are free to enter. GOYA SUBASTAS Specialists are available to customers to provide information and conservation status during exhibitions or by appointment.



Interested customers recommend examining the lots before the auction takes place.



Customers should carefully read the terms and conditions of the terms in which the lots are purchased at auction.

In addition to the hammer Price, the buyer agrees to pay us the buyer's Premium together with any applicable value added tax. 18,75 % + 21 % VAT = Total 22,68%



The auctioneer will judge and arbitrator appointed by GOYA SUBASTAS for this purpose. In the case of a batch Award submit problems regarding auction price or identity of the buyer, the auctioneer may decide the allocation or auction it again in the same session.

Telephone Bids may be made in batches whose starting price is equal to or greater than 300 € which likewise be formalized in the form provided by the room. Telephone bids may be recorded. An order to make a phone bid implies that the bidder is obliged, at least to make an offer in writing.

The lack of telephone contact or loss conversation is not a responsability of the saleroom. In that case, the auctioneer will award the starting price for the bidder.



GOYA SUBASTAS may not accept bids from customers whose solvency is duly accredited and not award the auctions.



All measurements are approximate and GOYA SUBASTAS is not responsible for typographical errors.



The descriptions of the lots in the catalog only includes substantial alterations or modifications. The absence of references regarding the condition does not imply freedom from defects or restorations. Please contact the saleroom for the condition report on a particular lot.

After one month from the auction without the buyer having payed and collected the lots sold, GOYA SUBASTAS may immediately rescinded the sale without prejudice to legal actions that correspond without the buyer having any right to claim .



The removal and / or transport organization of foreclosed lots shall be borne by customers and the room is not liable possible damage once the lots sold are removed from the room.



The room advise and facilitate, at the customer's request, shipping companies specializing in works of art. The same shall also apply in cases of obtaining export licenses.
