Item Overview

Description

25x17 inches. Alb. Berger, Wein.
Condition A-: expertly repaired tears in margins.
This poster was designed for the 24th Secession Exhibition that was dedicated to Christian Art. The image is a pure and simple depiction of a secret symbol that would have been recognizable within certain sects of Christianity: the "P" stands for "Paques" (Easter). It is a strong, monochromatic symbol with sophisticated, yet simple, typography to go along with it. It is beautifully minimal and extremely rare.
