Could use a light clean. May have been cleaned at one time - paint is thin in areas. However, it may have been painted in thin washes by the artist. Tiny scattered paint flakes throughout much of the painting. Scattered tiny spots of inpainting along the edges and scattered throughout the right 1/2 of the painting. Several scattered small spots of inpainting in the left 1/2.
