Lorenzo De Ferrari, Genoa 1680-1744- Apollo in his chariot, led by Aurora; pencil, bears inscription to mount in pen and brown ink 'Lorenzo Defferari and No. 126 Collezione So Varni', oval, 27.5x35cm Provenance: Santo Varni, Genoa. Note: Santo Varni's post humous sale in Genoa 1887 included about 200 works by de Ferrari.
