It is up to the customers to make their final decisions regarding an items description, authenticity, materials, condition and value.
Your decision to bid confirms that you have are in agreement to the conditions and terms listed above.
Bidding is an indication of your acceptance of all terms stated herein, including any changes/supplements added to the catalog, posted on our website, announced at the time of the sale or posted in the auction gallery, without exception.
Acceptance of these terms and conditions constitutes a legal and binding contract and will be executed without exception. If you have any questions, please be sure to seek clarification before you bid.
Auctioneer has sole discretion during and after the auction.
Chena Fine Art & Antiques Auctions is not responsible for failed or mis-executed online bids.
Auctioneer's Buyer's Premium of 10% will be applied to all winning bids.
Items will need to ship within 2 weeks of payment. Should an item remain longer than 30 days after payment it will be subject to storage fees of no less than £50, and not to exceed £250 per month.
Any and all storage or late fees will have to be paid in full as well, before shippers are allowed to pick up items.
Any item remaining longer than 60 days from payment date will be considered abandoned property, and subject to resale with no refund for any funds paid.
By Bidding in this or any of our auctions you acknowledge and accept all of the terms and conditions listed above.

We accept Credit Card & Wire Transfers as methods of payment.
Invoices must be paid within 7 days of the auction date.
After the 7th day a £25 late fee will be charged. Any items not paid for after 14 days will be returned to consignor or resold and bidder will no longer be able to bid in future sales.
No Items will be released until all funds have cleared.

Shipping can be handled either by you or we can quote you from our 3rd Party shippers. Shippers selected will only be allowed to pick-up items paid for, and shippers must schedule their pick-ups to make sure someone is onsite to help them.
Local shipping arrangements can be arranged by contacting the Gallery.
You will have to coordinate and handle all shipping details if you use your own shipper.
We will accommodate you as much as we can but the responsibility is yours.
