Mackay (Arthur Stewart, 1909-1998). Esplanade and Blue Domes, oil on board, signed with initials, 16.5 x 24.5 cm (6.5 x 9.6 ins), together with another similar work by the same artist, depicting a summer street scene with figures and shaded stalls, oil on board, similar size, both framed Arthur Stewart Mackay (1909-1998), a painter of landscapes and coastal scenes in oils, was born in Dulwich and studied at the Regent Street Polytechnic and Hornsey School of Art.
