Condition: Patch reinforcements, retouch, scattered old paint losses, areas of skinning, craquelure.

Condition Report

Three areas of retouch to foreground landscape (each under 2 inches), retouch in and around the figure group l.l. Areas of retouch are smaller than patches (see image of verso). Scattered dashes and strokes of retouch to tops of peaks and sky. There are minute scattered old losses. The craquelure is presently stable, due in part to application of glue or resin to verso.
