After the award, no objections are allowed, neither Felima Art nor its administrators will be held responsible for any errors and omissions.
THE AUCTION RIGHTS ARE SO ESTABLISHED:
- twenty-nine percent (29%) OF THE PRICE OF THE BATCH UP TO THE AMOUNT OF EURO (€) 3,000.00
- twenty-five percent (25%) OF THE PRICE OF THE LOT EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT OF EURO (€) 3,000.00
The successful bidder must make the payment before collecting the goods at his own risk and expense, no later than 5 (five) days from the day following the award. In case of non-payment in whole or in part of the total amount due by the successful bidder within this period, Felima Art will have the right to take legal action to obtain the compulsory execution of the purchase obligation, to sell the lot through private negotiation or in subsequent auctions on behalf and at the expense of the successful bidder pursuant to article 1515 of the civil code. Felima Art will be exonerated from any responsibility towards the successful bidder in reference to any deterioration or deterioration of the objects and will have the right to have the custody rights paid for each single lot by charging the buyer € 15.00 for each day of storage.

The lots will be subject to VAT of 22% on the hammer price. The accepted forms of payment are:
- Cash up to an amount of € 2,999.99
- Bank check and bank draft

In case of check or bank transfer, the payment will be considered solute at the time of verification and display at our bank of the transfer.
The awarded lots can be collected personally only after having received our confirmation of payment and only by appointment to be agreed in advance.
If the customer wants to collect the works through his own forwarder, the cost of packing them will be € 25.00 each.
