State of Connecticut 6.35% sales tax applies unless valid reseller certificate is on file with Nest Egg Auctions. Out of state buyers who choose to ship items out of state are not charged CT sales Tax.

Buyer pays actual shipping and packing costs. Buyer is responsible for arrangement of all pickup and shipping. Nest Egg Auctions does not offer storage and all winning items must be removed, shipped or delivered within 14 days of auction date. Any lots that are left longer than 14 days become the property of Nest Egg Auctions, unless other arrangements have been made in writing. Nest Egg Auctions does not ship any items in-house regardless of size. If you are the winning bidder for a larger item you will be responsible for all shipping and packing costs. Payment is due within 7 days of auction sale date. Payment is accepted over the phone by credit card and in person with cash or check. Winning bidders will be contacted by e-mail in the 3 days following the auction. We are not open Sundays. Online bidders are not eligible for buyers premium discount.
