Michael English, British 1941 - 2009 (Illustrator), a colour poster entitled "Red Bus, Red Paint" printed by Motif Editions 1981, approx 92 x 62 cms, together with a colour poster entitled "Yellow Diesel Black Grease" printed by Motif Editions 1981, approx 92 x 62 cms, framed and glazed. (2) Note: Michael English (Illustrator) was best known for his poster designs in the 1960's in partnership with Nigel Weymouth and their design company Hapshash and the Coloured Coat. Later in his career, he moved away from psychedelic work and concentrated on his hyper realist work employing the air brush. In the mid to late 1970's to 1980's, he focussed more keenly on machine paintings which are highly detailed sections of 'planes, trains and trucks.'
