(1958 - 2009) American pop star and actor who started his career with The Jackson 5 and became one of the greatest solo rock singers in history. Died from an overdose of sleeping medication. Very desirable signed Epic Records photograph, 8" x 10" b/w, shows Jackson half-length with a chained black panther seated beside him, signed in black marker across his white sleeve. Fine condition. From the collection of Jackson''s long-time friend and supporter Frank Cascio (b. 1981). Cascio met Jackson when he was five years old, and the two maintained a steadfast friendship until Jackson''s death. Jackson would at times arrive at Cascio''s New Jersey home unannounced simply to live a life unfettered by paparazzi, bodyguards, and clinging fans. With letter of authenticity by Cascio.
