Mid Century c. 1950s Original Watercolor by Frank Di Gioia (1900-1981). Professionally framed and matted. In frame measures 15 1/2"x15"x1". Weight 2 pds 2 oz. Frank Di Gioia was born in Naples, Italy and emigrated to America at an early age. He studied at The Art Students League with John Sloan and Walt Kuhn. His work is in the collections of the Art Inst. of Chicago, the Albright in Buffalo, the Hirshhorn Collection Washington and many others.
