Walter Jessopp, son of Walter Budworth Jessopp and Emily Frances Jessopp, of 25, Park Avenue, Bedford. Killed in action Tuesday 31st July 1917, aged 20. Commemorated on Ypres (Menin Gate) Memorial, Ieper, West-Vlaanderen, Belgium. Panel 56. His name appears on the World War I memorial at the Church of Bedford St. Andrew's.
