Condition Report

The sheet is gently toned and with faint time staining present. With various faint traces of surface soiling and scattered light brown pinprick fox marks. With slight rippling at the top of the sheet. There is old tape and old hinges along the edges variously verso, as well as light surface soiling/ light smudges around the edges verso.

All sales are final. Since all sales are final, credit card charge backs are not allowed. By agreeing to these terms, you are also agreeing not to reverse any credit card charges. We do not accept returns. Any items returned without prior written authorization will be considered abandoned and will become the property of SR Antique and Art Gallery, LLC.

Payment:
Full payment, including the buyer's premium must be received within ten (10) business days after the auction. The following forms of payment are acceptable: cash, bank check or credit card (VISA, MasterCard only), wire transfer. Payments must be made in full for all items bought in the auction before the items may be removed from our possession. We reserve the right to clear all payments before releasing your items.

Your credit card may also be charged after 4 days of sending an invoice through the auction system.

Buyer's Premium
A buyer's premium will be added to the hammer price of each lot sold. The buyer's premium is equal to 10% of the hammer price (an additional 5% is added by Invaluable for online bidding).

6% for all the buyers with Virginia mailing address.

Bidding
We reserve the right to reject any bid for any reason. The highest bidder acknowledged by the Auctioneer at the time his hammer drops will be the buyer of the lot. The Auctioneer has the sole right to re-offer any lot and/or settle disputed bids. In the event that a dispute arises after the end of the sale, our sale record shall be conclusive.
The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any opening bid (or advance from an accepted opening bid) that he believes, in his sole discretion, is not commensurate with the value of the lot or that does not meet the reserve, and withdraw that lot from sale.

Currently we do not take telephone bids, we will not be held responsible for any errors or failure to properly execute such bids. Bidders may submit absentee, internet bids until 12:00 pm Eastern Time the day before the auction. All bids placed at auction are per lot.

Buyer's Premium

A buyer's premium will be added to your successful bid at the rate of 25% on the first 200,000, 20% between 200,001 and 3,000,000, and 12% thereafter. Be sure to factor in the buyer's premium when determining your maximum bid. Invaluable/eBay charges an additional 5% fee that will be added to your buyer's premium.

Taxes on your purchase
