(American, 1821-1910) After D. McFarlane (American, active 1850s-60s) "Clipper Ship Dreadnought Off Tuskar Light...," 1856, (Conningham, 1144). Identified in inscriptions in the matrix. Lithograph with hand-coloring heightened with gum arabic on paper, sheet size 19 1/4 x 26 3/4 in., framed. Condition: Margins 1 1/2 in. or more, prevalent toning and staining at margins, fox marks, several repaired vertical creases, minor paper loss.
