Nicolas/Nectar et Glou-Glou. 1930.After toting around Nicolas wines for eight years on his own, the company must've decided that Nectar could use a little help. So in order to lighten his load, Dransy came up with "Glou-Glou" (which more or less translates as "Glug-Glug"), an apprentice delivery boy who bore the same surprised, eye-popping expression as his mentor. This pairing appeared a minimum of five times in different Nicolas campaigns over the years and in this "d'apres Dransy" rendition, they are shown taking a breather during the midst of their busy rounds.
