Very fine vintage condition. Some minor rippling to paper...bottom right edge of paper has come in front of matting. Frame is in very fine condition, very minor wear to edges/corners.

UNLESS amended by any posted notice during the sale or on the auctioneer's website at www.themumblingmuse.com, the following are the complete terms & condition of sale upon which property is being offered. The property is offered by THE MUMBLING MUSE (THE MUSE), as agent for the consignor, unless the catalog indicates otherwise. All parties bidding at the sale, regardless of method (in-person, absentee, telephone or internet) shall be held to have informed themselves as to the terms and conditions of sale.

A credit card may be required as part of the registration process.

THE CONSIGNOR WARRANTS GOOD TITLE TO THE PURCHASER. All lots to be sold 'AS IS'. THE MUSE has made a reasonable attempt to ensure accuracy with regards to statements regarding the description, age and condition of each item. However, all such information should be considered a statement of opinion, and in no way a representation of fact. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is perfect in condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. ALL absentee, telephone and internet bids to be executed at the AUCTIONEERS discretion. The AUCTIONEER will be solely responsible for determining all disputes and may, at his discretion re-open the bidding on a particular lot.

-- ABSENTEE, TELEPHONE, INTERNET BIDDERS - Within 72 hours following the sale you will receive an invoice including the packing, insurance & shipping costs for your purchases to the address you provided upon registration - unless you have made prior alternate shipping arrangements. Thank you in advance for your patience. If your item is being referred to an independent shipper, we will require payment in full, prior to releasing the item(s). Items shipped within the province of British Columbia are subject to 7% PST and 5% GST. Items shipped to other Canadian Provinces are subject to the applicable GST/HST. USA & International destinations are exempt from Sales Tax however please note that import duties and/or taxes may apply.

:: NEW! LOCAL DELIVERY SERVICE
If you live in Vancouver and/or the Lower Mainland we are now offering a flat-rate (front door) delivery service for $25.00 per order. (complicated access and/or large items furniture extra) Our driver will also be able to take MOBILE PAYMENTS, at the time of delivery. Pick-up in Horseshoe-Bay also available.

:: SHIPPING & INSURANCE
THE MUSE maintains a highly specialized and uniquely tailored cargo insurance policy and has years of extensive experience shipping antiques, collectibles and fine art worldwide. THE MUSE provides these in-house services as a convenience to our bidders. Specialized outbound shipping insurance at full value (hammer price + premium) is provided with all purchases. All outbound shipments will be sent via full tracking services provided by CANADA POST (most economical)

Items of significant value (Over $10,000.00 CAD) and/or items requiring specialty custom crating, oversized, extremely fragile etc. may be referred to an independent shipper at our discretion. Please contact the auctioneer for more information.

[ HOW IN-HOUSE PACKING AND SHIPPING COSTS ARE CALCULATED - THE MUSE charges a small handling fee to help offset the cost of labour, insurance and packaging materials (2% of hammer price - to a maximum fee of $50.00 PER ORDER) in addition to the 'actual' cost (our cost) of the shipping label. THE MUMBLING MUSE can provide assistance in acquiring the necessary permits; however please be prepared to face additional costs and delays and there are no assurances that any permit will be granted for export.
