Lot 239: Noel Dieudonne, Finart (1797-1852)

Eight framed and glazed watercolours, seven showing officers, other ranks and musicians of the Austrial Regiments occupying Parish after the Battle of Waterloo. The other displays trophies of arms, standards etc. All very fine with ink inscriptions and notes by the artist. The last item intended as a frontispiece to a publication of all in book form, ultimately published by D. Becker. All rank and regimental details are clearly shown. (8)
