Shipping Terms:
Paid items will automatically be shipped/ sent for shipping unless we are notified that the buyer will make other arrangements. You are always welcome to hire your own shipper but please let us know as soon as you pay your invoice.

ATTENTION: SMALLER ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED BY USPS FLAT RATE PRIORITY MAIL FROM THIS AUCTION HOUSE AND SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE INCLUDED ON YOUR INVOICE. ITEMS VALUED OVER $2,000.00, LARGE, BULKY, MULTIPLE OR INTERNATIONAL ITEMS WILL BE SENT TO OUR PREFERRED SHIPPER AND YOU WILL BE CONTACTED BY THEM FOR SHIPPING COSTS.

J. James Auctioneers & Appraisers shall not be held responsible for any acts, omissions, delays or damage caused during transport of purchases.

Please allow 24-48 hours post auction to receive your emailed invoice. Your invoice will be emailed directly from bid@jjamesauctions.com. Payment must be received within seven days of the the invoice date. ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE CASH, CHECK, MONEY ORDER OR WIRE TRANSFER. Returned checks are subject to an additional $35.00 processing fee. Wire transfers are subject to a $13.00 processing fee. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS!! We will not release lots for shipping until funds have cleared our financial institution. J. James Auctioneers & Appraisers will open a dispute with Live Auctioneers, & negative feedback will be left for buyers that do not pay for purchases within SEVEN days of the invoice date.
