Description

Peonies in a Pot. Oil on canvas, initialled "O.K." in orange pigment on the lower left corner. The image measures approx. 19-1/2" x 27-1/4"; in a contemporary gilt frame with canvas liner and gilt fillet approx. 28" x 36". In 1979 Olga Kalashnikova graduated from the Moscow Institute of Aviation, with a degree in Applied Mathematics; in 1988 she graduated from the Moscow State Pedagogy Institute with a degree in graphic arts. Presently numerous of her works are in private art collections in Russia and abroad.
