OOC - 'The Blue Boy' by Charles Franklin Tuttle (New Orleans, 1841-1893) depicting small boy in Lord Fauntleroy outfit seated on stone wall, one stocking below his knee, two pigeons at his feet. Victorian gilt gesso deep cove frame. SS: 35 1/2" X 17 1/2", OS: 39 1/2" x 21 1/2". Cleaned, retouched and relined.
