Online bidding terms and conditions
1. Conditions of sale: All property is sold "as is" and all sales are final. Descriptions are believed to be correct but not guaranteed. We do not give refunds. The winning bidder becomes the owner of the item immediately at the close of the bid. No statement anywhere, whether oral or written, whether made in the catalog or advertisement, bill of sale, gallery posting, announcement or remarks by staff or the auctioneer, shall be a warranty, representation or assumption of liability.
2. Buyers premium and tax: A buyers premium of 15% will be added to the hammer price of each item sold at auction. An additional 3% internet bidding fee will be added to purchase price. A 3% discount for cash or check payments will be offered, and an additional 5% discount(8% total discount) will be offered to buyers paying in person at auction on auction day. Washington state residents will be charged local sales tax rate at auction location unless a current Washington State tax resale certificate has been filed with the auction company.
3. Payments: We accept PAYPAL, Visa, DISCOVER, MasterCard, money orders, and checks. You will receive an invoice via email by the end of the next business day after the auction. Please notify us withing 48 hours after the auction if you have sent a check or money order payment. If we have not been paid or been notified of mailed payment 5 days after the auction your credit card on file will be charged for your purchases, plus buyer's premiums, quoted shipping, and any taxes. A pre-auction authorization will be performed to establish available credit when paying with a credit card. Debit cards may show a hold on funds for a short period of time. NOTHING will be charged to your card until a purchase is made. All sales are final, NO CHARGE BACKS! Each transaction necessary to collect insufficient funds will have a $25 fee imposed. Note: We also accept cash, money orders and checks in person until one hour after end of auction on auction day. Checks will be processed the next business day after the auction; be sure to have adequate funds in your account. Non-receipt of an emailed invoice does not preclude you from your responsibilities for payment.
4. Shipping: Auction house will ship most small to medium sized items. Many larger and extremely fragile items will not be shipped. Shipping status of each item is indicated in the item listing. Please be sure to check whether an item can be shipped or must be picked up on-site before bidding. Bidder may be required to contact local shippers for shipping on large specialty items. Most items will have actual flat shipping price to U.S. addresses listed in the online auction listing. Shipping is to U.S. only unless otherwise indicated. Quoted shipping prices are not negotiable. Auction house will combine shipping on multiple items when possible to give best possible shipping price. We document the contents of each package. If we have missed an item in your shipment our documentation will show that. Please notify us within 2 business days of receiving the package if you think something is not included. If our documentation shows it was not packed we will forward it immediately at our cost. We are not responsible for boxes opened by anyone other than the owner. Please check the entire box and packaging for contents. DO NOT discard the original shipping box and packaging if you think something is missing or damaged. AUCTION HOUSE WILL NOT SHIP MOST LARGER ITEMS-LOCAL PICKUP ONLY ON MOST LARGER ITEMS, and these items will be marked "auction house will not ship" on listing page.
5. Inspection: Bidders are encouraged to look closely at photos provided and to email auction house with any questions regarding merchandise by noon Pacific time zone on the day prior to the auction. All property is described to the best of our knowledge.
6. Live Internet Bidding: Our online auctions move quickly! If you are interested in an item, bid quickly. If you win an item in the auction you will be notified by email. In order to have enough time to conduct authorizations, registration must be completed at least 24 hours in advance of the auction and if it is a multiple day event, 24 hours prior to the first day of the auction. If the day before an auction falls on a holiday or weekend, the deadline is the day before the holiday or the Friday prior to the auction.
7. Registration: In order to better serve our customers, all bidders must provide their name, physical and shipping address, daytime phone number, and email address at which they can be contacted.
8. The auction company reserves the right to refuse service to any person. All announcements made day of auction take precedence over any written statements.
9. Contract: Your bid is a contract. Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the successful bidder, you have entered into a legally binding contract to purchase the property bid on.
10. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer is the buyer. The auctioneer is the sole determinant as to who is the successful bidder.
11. Your bidding at this Auction indicates that you have read and accept these Terms & Conditions.
AUCTION PAYMENT TERMS

SHIPPING
