His pieces are recognized for their strong compositions, striking textures and subtly colored patinas. A member of Allied Artists Of America he has also shown with Society Of Animal Artists National Museum Tour and National Sculpture Society. He has exhibited with SEWE (Southeastern Wildlife Expo in Charleston SC) for 33 years. Widely collected, Ott is in many of the finest corporate and private collections in the world. He was recently honored in having the Queen of England acquire his sculpture, Birth of the Labrador. Ott, his wife, Joan, of thirty years and their four children live in the Gallatin Valley near Bozeman, Montana. “I am fortunate and honored in having a career as a wildlife sculptor and being able to support my family while living in Montana.
