TERMS OF SALE:
Homestead Auctions has tried to accurately describe all items being sold, but all items herein offered for sale is strictly "as is" and its the bidder's responsibility whether bidding in person, by mail, email, or by telephone to determine the exact condition of each item. No statement of any advertisement, bill of sale, invoice, or by any representative of Homestead Auctions shall be deemed to be a warranty, representation or assumption of liability to the age, condition, size, quality, variety, importance or historical relevance toward any of these items for sale. Any such statements are strictly matters of opinion only.
PAYMENT TERMS: Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard, NO PAYPAL. All Payment is due upon receipt of Invoice for the purchase of the item. Once the item is paid for the item will be package and delivery charges will be due. If the buyer's invoice is not paid in full within 15 days of the auction, Homestead Auctions. has the right and will charge the buyer's credit card of record on file for the total invoice amount. Interest will be charged on all balances not paid at the rate of 1-1/2% monthly (18% APR) effective 15 days from the date of purchase/auction. Should the buyer not comply with any of the Conditions of Sale, the damage recoverable from the defaulter shall include any loss arising on the resale of the lot, together with the charges and expenses in respect of both sales as well as any legal or collection fees incurred.
BUYER'S PREMIUM - The buyer's premium shall be the standard 18% of the final bid price which will be applied to each lot sold to be paid by the buyer as part of the purchase price, 5% will then go to AuctionZipLive and Ebay.

SHIPPING, Homestead Auctions packages and ships all packages inside the USA by USPS, Priority or Parcel Post whichever is the most economical unless requested different from the buyer. International Shipping will be shipped via USPS. The Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees. It will be your responsibility to schedule pickup and packaging of large merchandise (Such as Furniture, Etc.). Items can be picked up at gallery however payment is expected immediately. All items left after thirty days after payment is subject to storage fees or/and reconsignment of purchase less all fees.
TAXES - All Ohio residents will pay 6.75% sales tax unless exemption is allowed under the laws regarding such tax.
Homestead Auctions are not responsible for any typographical errors or omissions in this catalog or in the subsequent key price. We reserve the right to withdraw any property prior to sale. Indian Artifacts were not collected in a grave, or on federal or Native American Land, or in a battlefield.There will be a $5.00 Charge for any Credit Card denial.
