Wehrly's Auction Service has made every effort to catalog and correctly describe the property to be sold, however neither Seller nor Auctioneer guarantee the authenticity or condition of any lot. All lots are sold "AS IS" no guarantees, resales or credit card chargebacks allowed. The Auctioneer reserves the right to make verbal corrections and provide additional information from the block at the time of sale.
ALL PURCHASERS MUST REGISTER FOR A BIDDING NUMBER AND MUST HAVE A PICTURE IDENTIFICATION.
NO OUT OF STATE CHECKS ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL FROM WEHRLY'S AUCTION SERVICE.
Upon the fall of the hammer or said sold, the title and responsibility for each item or lot passes to the purchaser.
In the case of a disputed bid, the Auctioneer will determine the successful bidder or re-offer and resell the item in dispute.
ABSENTEE BIDS will be accepted, In the event of duplicate bids, the first bid received will take precedence. Absentee bids will not be executed on items which are found to be other than described in the catalog. It is entirely possible to buy items by absentee bid for less than your top bid price. All sales are final and must be paid in full immediately. Items must be inspected before leaving absentee bids.
The Auctioneer reserves the right to hold merchandise purchased by personal check until the check has cleared the bank, if the Auctioneer deems such action necessary to protect his interest. If shipping is requested by the purchaser, all packing and UPS shipping charges will be C.O.D.

If there is a tie bid between the Internet bidding venues, and the floor, the floor bid takes precedence. Although in our discretion we will execute absentee bids or accept telephone or internet bids, we are not responsible for failing to execute such bids or for any errors or omissions in connection with these bids.
All items purchased on line must be paid for with a credit card thru Simple Checkout thru Authorize.net by logging into Wehrlysauction.com and look for the payment link, and follow instructions. This is a SECURED SITE.

ALL OTHER CONTINENTAL STATES WILL BE:

1.iTEMS THAT WILL fit in a USPS PRIORITY BOX. The boxes cost Large-$20.05, Med. $15.05 and Small $8.30. PLUS $5.00 FOR PACKING. We will insure up to $50.00 after that you will be charged accordingly.
2. Items too big THAT WILL NOT FIT IN OUR CUSTOM BOX YOU MUST CONTACT OUR LOCAL UPS STORE in Shrewsbury and make arrangements for them to pick up items and ship them. There number is 717-235-9446 and ask for Andy. IF you live in PA or MD and you want your items shipped please email us.
3. Wehrly's Auction has opted to create a safe and secure Pick up site for items that cannot be shipped. Wehrly's Safe Zone contact/less delivery: for the security of our assistants and the safety of everyone ALL DELIVERIES WILLL BE AT 4065 Snyder Road, Glen Rock, PA 17327. You will need to schedule your delivery time by emailing us at wehrlysauction@yahoo.com with a date and time. The dates for pick up are Wed. Feb.10 between 10AM and 4 PM. Thursday Feb. 11 from 10AM to 2 PM. We will email you back with a confirmation. Mask are required.
4. ALL INVOICES MUST BE PAID BEFORE DELIVERY. There is a cap on CREDIT CARD purchases of $500.00 for new and first-time bidders. All check must clear the bank before shipping.
5. If items are not picked up after 2 weeks you will be charged a storage fee of $1.00 per day or resold at next auction.
