Lot 227: Parker S. Perkins, oil on artist board, winterscape with tree and three houses, signed LR, ss:

9 1/2" X 11 1/2", inscribed on dust cover, "Rockport Mass", pencil inscriptions verso "Parker Perkins home / in Rockport Mass. / where he / spent his honeymoon"; "The Ged House / $30~"; Property of Mary Leonard". Good overall condition with no signs of inpainting/touch-up under blacklight. No repairs to the support. Note: Mary Leonard was a friend of the consignor's family, who lived in Mystic c. 1930's - 1950's.
