Terms & Conditions
1. Methods of Payment: PayPal and Wepay link will be on the invoice. Cashiers Check or Money Order (Made payable to Braxton's Auctioneering) or Cash (All cash transactions must take place at our corporate office)- 303 Main Street, Loganville, GA 30052 will be accepted. Full payment is due no later than (4) business days after the close of auction. Please pay invoice upon receipt. Note that all bidders will be charged through Wepay if invoice is not paid within five days of auction. We are not allowed to charge your card on file until 5 business days have passed. So please pay your invoice once it is received by clicking the link.
2. While descriptions are believed to be accurate, the auctioneer and seller make no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. Braxton's Auctioneering will not be held responsible for any advertising discrepancies or inaccuracies. Everything is sold "AS-IS" and "WHERE-IS" except as expressly made in writing. All sales are final. No warranties are made as to the merchantability of any items or their fitness for any purpose.
3.Buyers will be charged an additional $3 for for handling. All product will be shipped USPS. 90% of the time we use USPS priority mail flat rate boxes. Ins. is charged on all purchases Tackle boxes will be shipped by best method possible.
4. If any shortages exist on counts, an adjustment will be made only if claims are made at the time of removal. No adjustments as to counts will be allowed after purchased item(s) are removed from the premises. If an error occurs on shipped items, please contact us immediately upon receiving the item. Once 24 hours has passed we accept this as ample inspection time.
5.. A 7% Georgia Sales tax will be charged on all products that is shipped to a Georgia address, unless a Georgia resale tax number is provided and filed on the GA sales tax form.
6. Purchaser does hereby indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneer and seller from any and all damages, claims or liabilities from injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever caused during the sale or by the removal or shipping of items purchased.
7. The seller and auctioneer shall have no liability to the buyer of any lot for non-delivery or any purchased item(s), other than the buyer's deposit or payment on the lot.
8. In the event the purchaser fails to pay for the entire purchase within the time set forth by the auctioneer, and/or fails to comply with any of the conditions or terms of sale, the seller may retain and/or recover any monies paid as part of its damages and, in addition thereto, items that are not paid for can be resold at public or private sale without further notice. Any deficiency resulting from such resale shall be due to the auctioneer by the defaulting purchaser together with all charges, fees, and expenses including reasonable attorney fees incurred by such resale and enforcement of the obligation hereunder. All Sales Are Final.
9. No item can, on any account, be removed or shipped prior to full payment. Auctioneers shall not be responsible for items not removed within the time allowed when applicable. If items are not removed within the specified removal time, the purchaser shall be liable for any moving and/or storage costs incurred and, if not so removed, the items shall be deemed abandoned and sold. The purchaser will have 2 weeks after the auction closes in order to remove the items purchased. Braxton's will be glad to store your items for later pickup. The first 30 days are free. After that the fee is $25.00 per month per item.. The item / items must be paid for at the close of the auction.

11. By placing a bid on an item sold at our online auction, the bidder agrees to pay the bid amount, plus all fees applicable. The bidder will not and cannot cancel a bid placed after the bidder has confirmed the bid. All sales are final. When seconds count, having your bid in EARLY is highly recommended. We have many buyers call after the auction willing to pay more that what it sold for, I tell them sorry just leave your MAX bid early and let the computer BID for you.
12. It is the bidder's responsibility to Preview/Inspect all items prior to placing bids. Inspection times vary, please view and note each auctions inspection times.
13. THIS IS A 13% BUYER'S PREMIUM AUCTION. And a 5% Auction zip fee. For a total of 18% buyer premium
14. All Product comes out of local estate. What you see in the picture is the exact item you will receive. If you have any doubts on a item, Dont bid. You may always call us to ask any questions.
Shipping Terms
NOTE: Invoices will be sent out on Monday, 12/23. Please contact us immediately by emailing to braxton@auction78.com if you do not want your items to be shipped, so that we don't charge shipping on your invoice.. Shipping will all be calculated using USPS flat rate with insurance. If you buy a low dollar or just a single lure, you will still be charged a min of $7.90 for shipping. We do not offer first class shipping ....only Click and Ship with Flat rate shipping. Buyers will be charged an additional $3 for handling no matter how large the order.
All international buyers will pay an additional $20.00 handling fee per shipment.
You can contact us at (770) 466-0748 if you have any additional questions. You may pay by sending us a Money order or certified funds. All non certified funds will be held 10 business days until payment clears. Any item may be picked up during the week after the auction and cash is always welcome. All invoices will have shipping based on the shipping rates detailed below.
Braxton's Auctioneering will ship USPS Flat rate priority mail with Insurance. Buyers will be responsible for shipping payment on each item. All lures will be combined in one box and shipped to the buyers address on file with Invaluable. Shipping rate will be as follows. Small Flat rate box $7.90 Medium flat RateBox 14.35 and Large Flat rate box $19.95. All items over $50 dollars will be charged a minimum of $2.80 for insurance plus more per $100. Please feel free to call with questions. Local pickup is always available. NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AVAILABLE.
