American, 1902-

"Kin We Borrow the Car After You Run this Batch Through Paw?" Signed lower right "P. Webb".
Webb was a cartoonist for Esquire, LIFE, Collier's, and The Saturday Evening Post. He is most well known for his comic strip, The Mountain Boys. He was also a contracted calendar artist for Brown & Bigelow.
Watercolor on illustration board, 16" x 14 1/2" sight. Framed.
