A young lady, nearly full face in torquoise-coloured dress with lace borders, adorned with a string of pearls, wearing a choker and a plait in her hair; and a young lady in a pink dress with large lace collar and a pink bow at corsage (Gervase Spencer) the former signed with initials and dated 'PC 17..', the former in a rectangular black frame, the latter in a brooch frame ovals, approximately 1 5/8 in.
