WINNING BIDDERS:
Step #1: After the auction, you will receive an invoice for the PURCHASE PRICE of the items you won on our auction. If you do NOT wish your item(s) to be shipped or you have a change of shipping address, you must respond within 2 business days. Call 260-768-7616 or email customerservice@chauctions.com
Step #2: We will package your item(s) in-house and email an invoice with shipping cost. This may take up to a week. Once the shipping cost is added to the invoice, it will not be removed! Items will not be shipped until payment is made.
Step #3: You can "SUBMIT SECURE PAYMENT" through AuctionZip/Invaluable. Once the invoice is paid, your item will ship and you will receive an email with tracking information. If you have not submitted payment as of 4 days after receiving your invoice, you credit card may be charged.

Items must be picked up within 2 months unless prior arrangements are made with Chupp Auctions. **Chupp Auctions reserves the right to deliver any items they deem fragile to the local UPS store for packaging & shipping. 7% Sales tax will be charged for online purchases shipped within the state of Indiana. Out-of-state shipments will not be charged tax.
