Please note that photographs may have had size modifications for display purposes, or been trimmed to exclude framing, matting, and wide blank margins. Also, variations in color may occur due to digital processing.

Any condition statement, written or verbal, is given as a courtesy to the client, and is only an opinion. It should not be treated as a statement of fact. 2. Disputes: The Auctioneer will be the final judge as to who is the successful bidder. In the event of any dispute, the Auctioneer shall, at his discretion, decide whether or not to reopen the bidding. Condition of Items

The auctioneer is not responsible for the condition of the items sold. Coins are not graded by auctioneer. The auctioneer is NOT a coin Grader! Please use your own judgment to condition and grade of any item. It is very likely all raw coins have been cleaned in some fashion at one point of time during the life of the coin. We do not offer returns on any coin purchased due to grade or condition including cleaned or harshly cleaned coins. All coins we sell are sold "AS IS" without Guarantee or warranty of any kind. We do NOT accept returns for any reason. Including but not limited to buyers remorse. Once you bid on an Item or an item is bid on from your IP address it is your responsibility to pay for the purchase or purchases. Please keep in mind the only two Grading Company's that guarantee their grade is PCGS and NGC. Buyer beware of other Grading company's. Do not get this mixed up with the legitimate Grading Company's PCGS and NGC. Often third party grading company's will grade coins higher and will use names similar to the legitimate grading company's name, such as, PCGC, and NCG. For references go to coinauctionshelp.com. This site gives you names of legitimate and illegitimate Grading Company's. All coins we sell are sold "AS IS" without Guarantee or warranty of any kind from the auctioneer. The grading company who graded the coins is the party responsible for the grade not the auctioneer. We do not grade coins and we do not write the coin guides. We only relay information from said grading company's and price guides. It is solely the buyers responsibility to research these grading company's prior to bidding. Again, please ask questions before you bid. We do not own the coins we sell. All coins are sold on consignment. Therefore, due to our circumstances with the coins we sell we cannot accept returns.
