Possibly William A. Marsh (active Boston, Mid-19th Century)

Portrait of the Boston Bark Mary. Unsigned. Oil on canvas, the vessel flying the Elford Code from the mizzenmast, and the Elford signal flags 2511, which correctly identify her as the Mary, further identified on a pennant and on the bow, 19 1/2 x 27 in., in a later black-painted molded frame.
