Luminous Landscape. Platinum print, 91/4x71/4 inches ( 23.5x18.4 cm.), with Post's signature, in pencil, on recto; framed. Circa 1900

Post had a one-person exhibition of his photographs at the Camera Club of New York in 1900 and was later associated with Alfred Stieglitz and Photo-Secession. According to historian Christian Petersen, "Post later participated in most of the annual Photo-Secession exhibitions but never had a solo show." cf.
