Figur aus weißem Biskuitporzellan nach der auf der Großen Deutschen Kunstausstellung 1937 ausgestellten Bronzefigur. Auf der Plinthe Signatur "Prof. Seeger" und auf der Fußunterseite undeutlich "Prof. Seeger" mit Modellnummer "1690". Höhe ca. 55 cm. Am Sockel beschädigt, Spannungsriss unter dem Knie, die grüne Manufakturmarke wurde fast vollständig entfernt.
Äußerst seltene Figur der Porzellanmanufaktur Rosenthal, aus dem Nachlass des Direktors Max Groß stammend.
Kraftgefühl (The Feeling of Strength)
A figure in white biscuit porcelain after the bronze figure displayed at the Great German Art Exhibition in 1937. Signed, Prof. Seeger" on the plinth and an unclear "Prof. Seeger", with the model number, "1690", on the bottom of the foot. Height ca. 55 cm. Damaged on the base, tension crack under the knee, and the green manufacturer's mark has been almost entirely removed.
Extremely rare figure from the Rosenthal Porcelain Factory, from the legacy of its director, Max Groß.
