Lot 3593: Property from Various Owners.

Set of four hanging scrolls, ink and colors on silk; comprising scenes of travelers waiting for a ferry in spring, a scholar listening to the sound of the hototogisu from his mountain retreat in summer, a man playing a flute from his boat by the light of the autumn moon, and travelers making their way through a snowy winter mountainscape; two signed Keisen Itsushi with seals Keisen and Masa no in, the other two signed Keisen Itsushi saku with seal Sanmi; together with a wooden tomobako titled and with lid interior signed Keisen Itsushi, sealed Sanmi and dated in accordance with 1928.
