Quinquina Vouvray.Either that's one big waiter brow-beating his way to a hefty tip or the slight smoker at the table is about to be bullied into "sharing" his Quinquina Vouvray. An interesting approach for attracting liqueur consumers from the self-taught illustrator, lithographer and posterist who first earned a reputation for humorous drawings, then some notoriety by marrying Jane Avril, the can-can dancer immortalized by Toulouse-Lautrec. Biais produced about a dozen posters, notable for their economy of design.
