On the Beach of Ã‰taples. Signed lower left: Iso Rae. Oil on canvas. 61,5 x 50,5cm. Framed.

The Australian painter worked in France during World War 1 in a YMCA Camp near Ã‰taples (Départements Pas-de-Calais). She stayed in France until 1932 afterwards moving to St. Leonards near Sussex.
