1. All Items Are Sold As Is Where Is With NO Guarantees of Any Kind Express or Implied. Please ask questions prior to bidding. We are not responsible for errors or omissions.
2. There is a 18% Buyers Premium. + an additional 5% for Online Bidders and Remote Bidders for a total of 23%.
3. All Sales are Final.
4. The Auctioneer Has the Final Say in Any Dispute Relating to the Auction & Has the Right to Refuse Bids He or She Deems Unacceptable.
5. Items Must Be Paid for In Full Within 3 Days of Auction. On fIle bidder credit cards may be charged 4 days after an invoice has been sent.
6. We Accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Cashiers/Bank Check, personal check (may take up to 15 days to clear the clearinghouse), Paypal, Wire or Cash on Pickup.
7. Please make arrangements to have your items shipped promptly. Any item left over 30 days will be considered abandoned.

9. There is no sales tax in New Hampshire.

In addition to all major credit cards, checks and cash, we also accept paypal. Paypal email address is info@aacauctions.com and wire transfers.

Invoices must be paid before a shipping quote can be given. Items ship in the order payment is received.
In House shipping is available for some items for a fee. Larger or heavier items will require a third party shipper. Shipping & handling is the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid before the items ship.
Please make arrangements to have your items shipped promptly. Any item left over 60 days will be considered abandoned.

If you need your items sooner please call our UPS affiliate 781-396-2550 and we will drop off your items for you free of charge,
