Payment

Payment is due within 7 days of auction. Payment can be made via:
1. Wire Transfer to 33 Auction bank account
2. Singapore Dollars Demand Draft / Cashier Order
3. Singapore Dollars Cash (Up to SGD 20,000) at our office
4. Visa / MasterCard at our office (3% surcharge applies)
5. Paypal (3% surcharge applies), kindly request for the payment link

Premium

A Buyer's Premium, credit card surcharge (if applicable) and Invaluable fee will be added to the hammer price and is payable by the buyer as part of the total purchase price. For payment by cheque, transfer, demand draft or cash, the buyer's premium is 20% of the hammer price up to and including SGD 250,000 and 15% of any amount in excess of SGD 250,000. For payment by Visa, MasterCard or Paypal, there is an additional 3% credit card surcharge. A 5% Invaluable fee is also payable for successful bidding through Invaluable platform.

Taxes

No Singapore GST (Goods and Service Tax) is charged on the buyer's premium.
If the seller of the lot is GST registered, such lot will be prefixed with + sign on the lot description and 7% GST will be payable on the hammer price of the lot.
Buyers will be responsible for all local duties and taxes when importing the lot to their countries.

Condition

Upon request, we are pleased to provide you with a general report of the condition of the property in our sale. Since we are not professional conservators or restorers, we urge you to consult with a restorer or conservator of your choice who will then be provide a detailed, professional report. Prospective buyers should inspect each lot to satisfy themselves as to condition and must understand that any statement made by 33 Auction is merely a subjective and qualified opinion. Prospective buyers should
also refer to any Important Notices regarding this sale, which is printed in the Sale Catalogue.
