Reynold Arnould (French, 1919-1980), "Cubist Composition: Harbor Side View", oil on canvas, signed lower right, 21 1/4 in. x 25 1/2 in., in a painted cove molded frame. He exhibited at the May Salon, the Autumn Salon, the Salon de Tuileries, and in cities such as New York, Dublin, and London. Arnould eventually settled in Dallas, Texas. Reference: Note: Arnould was considered something of an artistic prodigy, taking part in his first exhibition at the age of nine. He attended the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Le Havre, and won the Grand Prix de Rome at the young age of 20
