Description

Richard Ebelacker Bear Paw Olla. H 9-1/2" D 11".
Native American potter Richard Ebelacker is known for his traditional red and black Santa Clara Pueblo pottery. In 1992 he won Best of Classification at the Southwestern Association for Indian Arts. The Museum of New Mexico has a large red carved wedding vase by the artist on permanent exhibit.

A fourth generation potter, he is the son of Virginia Ebelacker, the grandson of Margaret Tafoya and great grandson of Sarfina Tafoya.

1) Payment is due for purchases upon receipt of invoice, within 5 days of the auction date. Shipping charges are paid separately to shipper. Shipping charges are not calculated until purchases are paid for. If in house shipping is available it will be noted one each individual lot. All are items are shipped within 15 business days of payment being received. See shipping info below. We accept payment in cash, check, wire transfer and most credit cards, as well as Paypal. Payments made using credit cards or Paypal carry an additional 3.5% of the purchase price, which includes the buyers premium and sales tax if applicable. Wire transfers carry and additional $35 fee. Please call the gallery 203-777-7760 to pay by credit card or mail payment to; Fred Giampietro 1064 Chapel Street, New Haven, CT 06510. Checks should be made out to Fred Giampietro. We reserve the right to hold shipping until payment is cleared or verified
for any item, especially Jewelry, coins and precious metals.

All items are sold as-is, where-is. We do not accept returns and do not give refunds. All sales are final. All items are available for your examination prior to bidding. 4) All sales are subject to Connecticut sales tax unless the buyer holds a valid Connecticut or other states resale certificate and submits a copy as well as signing a resale exempt form. We do not collect sales tax on items shipped out of state.
5) A buyers premium of 25% is added to all hammer prices. The hammer price is the selling price, the additions of the 25% buyers premium and sales tax, if applicable to the hammer price becomes the total final purchase price.

12. Bidding on an item indicates your understanding and acceptance of the above Terms. Non paying bidders or bidders that do not abide by these terms will not be allowed to bid at future auctions and may jeopardize their ability to participate in Invaluable actions site-wide. Items that remain unpaid for 30 days past the auction date will be considered unsold.
14. Purchased items that have been paid for but not picked up from our auction facility within 14 days of the auction will be stored at a rate of $5 per day per lot. Items not picked up within 60 days of the auction date will be considered abandoned and be re-auctioned without reserve. Proceeds will be dispersed as follows; hammer price less 25% sellers commission less storage fees will be sent to the original buyer.
