Description

Robert P.T. Coffin (1892-1955) was a writer, poet and professor at Wells College (1921–1934) and Bowdoin College (1934–1955). He won the Pulitzer Prize for Poetry in 1936. Autograph note signed [1942] to radio talk show host Mary Margaret McBride (1899-1976). Signed on flyleaf from book. You could also call this a lengthy inscription signed.
