(i) Very dirty varnish. Frame rubbing. Few small paint flakes at upper right corner. Slight warp to board. (ii) All have dirty varnishes, wear along edges. Pinholes in corners. some craquelure. Edge of Town has some flaking at far left and right center. Young Love has 8 inch scratch at far right. Spring Blossoms has some scratches in lower right corner and upper center edge and small scratches at upper left center.
