Bidder Registration:
It is recommended that Bidder Requests be submitted at least 30 minutes prior to the beginning of each auction. Once we have received your request, Salmagundi will approve or respond by email requesting that you contact us via telephone to complete the process.

Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. Your bid is a contract. If you are the successful and winning bidder, you have entered into a legally binding contract to purchase the property bid on from the seller. Descriptions are given to the best of our ability and knowledge. No statement in these terms shall be deemed a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability on the part of Salmagundi. Please contact us to resolve any questions before bidding

All lots are sold to the highest bidder AS IS, excluding shipping charges and sales tax, if applicable.

All items offered online will have a minimum starting bid as displayed on the online catalog. Underbidding will be only be allowed if initiated in person from the floor and only at the auctioneers discretion.

All successful online bidders will be contacted within 72 hours after an auction to arrange payment method. All sales are final. There are no returns or refunds.

Payment can be via Invaluable (webpay) or made direct to the Club by 212.255.7740. Payment must be received within 7 days of the auction. No Western Union, no exceptions.

BUYERS PREMIUM:
There will be a 10% Buyer's Premium charged on this auction.
