An officer of the Grenadier Company of the 2nd Battalion, Bombay European Regiment, in scarlet coat faced with yellow and silver lace distinctively placed in threes, his belt plate engraved with the crest of the Honourable East India Company above his battalion number in Roman numerals, frilled cravat and white stock
on ivory
oval, 2 7/8 in. (72 mm.) high, gilt-metal frame, the reverse set with gold initials 'GMP' on oval panel of woven hair, translucent blue glass surround
