A lady wearing an ermine trimmed turquoise blue cloak, white dress and lace slip, two strands of pearls suspended from a ruby brooch at her corsage and pearl pendant earrings, her brown hair dressed with further strands of pearls and upswept beneath a white embroidered turban ivory, gold frame, the reverse with border of blue glass surrounding gold mounted aperture, glazed to reveal plaited hair, oval, height 4cm (1 9/16in).
