Description

A Lady, wearing cream dress, the sleeves with blue trimmed slashes to reveal striped blue and white, white lace collar held with blue ribbon bow and pendent pearl, strands of pearls from her corsage, blue ruffled ribbon choker tied at the nape of her neck, pearl earring and blue ribbon atop her upswept hair dressed in a plait.
Signed on the obverse with initials and dated SC/ 1759, converted gold bracelet clasp mount.
