All items are subject to a 18% Buyer's Premium (Up 3% from our on-site Buyers Premium due to fees incurred by using the Invaluable Auction Service) and, in addition, to Massachusetts state sales tax of 6.25% Massachusetts state sales tax (the State sales tax can be waived only if we have your tax exempt number on file). Property is open to public inspection; in fact, bidders are encouraged to inspect all merchandise, as it is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determining factors.
