Queen Mary, London, Thomas Newcomb, 1687. 2° (436 x 280mm), title in red and black with engraved arms, 30 engraved plates, all but one double-page, engraved illustrations, headpieces and initials, with the initial imprimatur leaf (occasional minor discolouration and spotting), contemporary panelled calf, sides and compartments of spine ruled in gilt (a little rubbed). FIRST EDITION, issue with Newcomb's name in red in the imprint. With the fireworks plate, often missing. Wing S-652; Brunet V, 122 'magnifique ouvrage'.
