Lot 4381: Schmölz, Hugo: Haus Kaiser, Neues Pressehaus, Café Wien

"Haus Kaiser" (Entry way of Haus Kaiser); "Neues Pressehaus, Hofansicht" (New Press House, View of the Courtyard); "Café Wien in Köln". All between circa 1928 - 1934. 3 vintage gelatin silver prints, 2 flush-mounted to heavy black board, 1 mounted to mat. Between 14 x 22,2 cm (28 x 34,9 cm) and 22,6 x 16,7 cm (43 x 43 cm). 1 with photographer's stamp, therein negative number annotated in felt tip pen; annotations and title in pencil on the verso. 2 dated and titled in white ink on the recto of the mount.
One print with slight oxidation mirroring in edges, light soiling along lower edge of print, one with brownish discoloration on the surface, and traces of discoloration from fixer, otherwise in very good condition.
